Is your package not to your liking? How annoying! We naturally want to resolve this for you quickly. You can return a product within 30 days of receipt.

How can I return my order?

Send an email to info@mostessential.nl with the subject: Returns | "your order number"
After this, we will ensure that you receive a return label as soon as possible.

Place the label on the box and return the entire package with all original accessories included.
Deliver the return package to a DHL or PostNL Service Point near you.
What are the costs for returning my order?

If the order is returned within 30 days, this can be done free of charge.

What happens once I return my order?

Once your package has reached the supplier, you will be kept informed of the returns process. We will send you a message when the return package arrives to us, when we will process the package and when you will receive your money back. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 10 days.

How long does it take before I get my purchase price back?

As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 10 days. The amount will be credited back to your chosen payment method.



Our returns service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:

The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
The product is in the original undamaged packaging.
